  1. The funniest part of the 1st picture is "You Give Me Eggroll, Me Love You Long Time!" Funny as hell...
  2. How's this? http://www.freak-brother.com/pics/memjump04.wmv
  3. Brother, I'm feeling for you...my AC went out last summer and it took a week to replace the unit after wrestling with my crappy home warranty company. My house was 108 during the day and cooled down to 100 at night...my dog and I slept in the pool... Summer in AZ is slightly uncomfortable without A/C...
  4. I got bored in 2000...stopped for about 3.5 years...now it's exciting again. Quoting Joseph Campbell..."Follow your bliss"
  5. I've been riding sport bikes and sport touring for over 15 years. I'm on a 2001 FZ1 currently. I'm not a big wheelie sort of guy, although I can bring it up when I want to. Sort of out grew wheelies as I got older. The R1 should bring the front up just by rolling it on in 1st gear, at any RPM above 6K. If you clutch it up in 1st, you are asking to loop it. My advice, wear your gear...be safe.
  6. I live in Arizona, where it obviously gets very hot. I opened a car window with a brick last summer because a dog was inside the car. Unfortunately...it was my own car...my own dog...and in my own driveway because I locked my keys inside. My pup is my best friend...couldn't leave her in there, not even for 5 minutes.
  7. $900 bucks later...the little Lab is all better. The puncture happened due to an infection, she was shaking her head so vigorously that she perf'd the eardrum. Anti-biotics, steroids, and two deep cleanings are what fixed her. It's amazing how much $$ one will spend on their best buddy...
  8. My official world record was jointly attained when I was young and dumb... Me and 1 friend...completely finished 1 Coors Light Party Ball on Thanksgiving in 1990. Began drinking at 8:30am...watched the Lions Game and subsequent NFL games...finished the following morning at 4:00am. I'll admit, I was a bit buzzed...in fact, I'm still feeling that hangover if I think about it...

  10. I remember my first AFF (AFP) jump at the old airport in Ottawa in 1995...Roger was my jumpmaster. I had no idea who this guy was, just that he seemed to know what he was doing. Over the course of the last 10 years, things he taught me about skydiving during the 5 years that I jumped in Chicago are still sinking in. The lightbulb is still going off... It was a priviledge to have learned from him...I just wish I could have spent more years learning. He gave me opportunities in the sport. My teachers were: Roger Nelson, Dave Cicciarelli, Kris Bagwell, Ron Nowak, and Norge Roi...they gave me wings. Now I fly like the graceful elephant that I am... Blue Skies Roger...and thanks... 11. Bob Saget is at the Tempe, AZ Improv on June 16-19th...I just bought tickets!
  12. Amen to that...I've seen him, he's unreal... My alltime favorite comedian is Billy Connolly...followed closely by Robert Schimmel...I've never laughed so hard at two comedians before...
  13. Before 9/11...I would always check my rig in a hard sided locked suitcase, now I won't as all baggage is subject to search and "examination". When carrying on my rig, I've found that the rig itself meets carryon size restrictions and (if necessary) will fit under my seat if it is out of a gear bag. So...what I do is this: I carry the rig on in a gearbag or rolling case...if I get stopped at the gate due to size restrictions, I pull out the rig and carry it on... letting them put the empty case or gearbag below.
  14. Dead Ringers - terrible
  15. You're all so fat...the back of your necks look like a pack of hot dogs...
  16. The Theme from Sanford and Son...
  17. She's at the vet right now, got the call that she has a punctured eardrum. Does a punctured eardrum mean she'll be deaf in that ear?

  22. I agree...and there's also Keith Code's "Twist of the Wrist volume I and II... Those books are invaluable...
  23. What do you mean "we"...no way am I going out with a bullet. I'd rather watch reruns of Soap 24 hours a day from the comfort of my "puffer" driven wheelchair than snack on a .40 caliber hollow point. Besides, if I were quad...I couldn't pull the trigger on my own. And I'm not about to put a friend or loved one in the position to do it for me.
