my .02 worth here... My 1ST year as an ARMY Recruiter, I was the top Recruiter for High School Females in my Company. At the end of that 1st year, I was also the Recruiter who had the most HSF DEP losses in the Company. Gotta make em stick! Anyways...if she scored as well as is indicated, she would have been wearing a pair of boots. My primary concern was making QUOTA, yeah there is one folks sorry. Whatever MOS that she selected with the Career Counselor at MEPS that's what she got. If we could entertain the idea that we were selling jobs and not the Army then sometimes, very few and far between, then we would. Sounds to me tho with the comment that she wouldn't end up being more then a secratery she was either misled, or would want US to believe that she was. Its not in the best interest of ANY recruiter to turn down someone who is qualified by making remarks such as those that were suspossedly made. But, not knowing the person, or the full facts about it, it becomes very difficult to make an educated quess why something like that would have been said. Perfect example. I had a kid who scored 1 point away from max....problem was trying to get a Felony Waiver for Robbery....pretty difficult!...Smark guy..but pretty dumb too...Blues So, you bring your beer? In the same position that you were in. Finding out that to get the canopy I want/need the harness is to small. Then when I find a container, the canopy is to small. I'm planing on buying a new Wings/Javelin/Vector/Mirage and then used everything else to start. Weather is also a big major player here in Pennsylvania. Just can't decide on which rig yet.
