Like skymama said, i find solos are a great way to get out and practice, especially after a coach jump. I also find i like to do at least one to warm up and "feel the air" before venturing out on two/three-way FF's. Steak and Brandy Cream Pasta: Brown a chopped onion and some rosemary in a little olive oil. Add thinly sliced steak, pour a little brandy over the top, light with a match and flambe. Add mushrooms, cook till soft, then add 500mls of fresh cream and a beef stock cube. Simmer for about 10 mins. Cook the pasta of your choice. Serve with Garlic bread and a fresh salad. Hey man, i'm not sure what an A-license check dive consists of? Does an instructor follow you out of the plane to make sure you're doing everything right? If that's the case and a front flip is mandatory then you could check with your instructor first and just do it out the door of the plane... Position yourself with your left knee on the floor of the plane and your right foot pointing at around 45deg out the back, look at your toes and roll over your knee, you'll see the bottom of the plane and then the ground, when you see the ground, arch hard and there it is...
