Naw ya' don't. I have a 94 Ford F-150 pickup that came with the farm. It was my father in law's before he died and it only has 54, 000 miles on it. We just use it around the farm and for towing a small trailer every now and then in the local area. It's in great shape too. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

I had a 77 Civic Hatchback that I bought new and it had 189,000 miles on it when a skydiving buddy in Texas bought it before he moved to California. The only thing major I had done to it was change the timing belt at 60,000 miles as a preventative MX measure. He never did anything else to it but change the oil regularly and had over 300,000 miles on it when he was involved in a wreck and it was totaled. Its been my experience that unless you have a limb missing with blood gushing out of the remaing stump or a spear sticking out of your chest, ER personel haven't got a diagnostic clue. Our 9 month old Lab / Beagle mix got run over and killed this morning. We're devisated, Andy was a great pal and loved walking with us in the woods in the hills above our farm.
