We had a 411 at Decatur, TX in 1983/84. Finally got rid of it because of safety concerns regarding a design flaw in the rudder. Seemed that the rudder was too small to maintain directional control in the event of a critical engine failure on takeoff........or something like that.

I've recently made the decision to not ride anymore. First, because my bike isn't worth putting any more money into to operate as it should and because, in the last two weeks, my neighbor down the road was killed when a soccer mom driven van suddenly drifted across the center line on a narrow road and hit him head on. Then, three days later, a guy from the next town hit a deer on the same highway and was killed when he was thrown from the bike into a tree. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

Never jumped there but been there. Was involved in the early 90s setting up Skydive Dallas with John Mitchell who previously ran the DZ and had a 182 at Magee, 64G, back in the 70s. We stopped off by Mcgee in 92 on our way from Dallas to Orlando for the PIA convention but the DZ was closed then. The Cessna is still a jump plane operating at Caddo Mills airport in Texas and Mitchell gravitates back and forth between Gulfport and Dallas in the home building business. You should be able to find onion sets at any nursery or even Lowes or Home Depot. Here in Kentucky, they're everywhere, Ace Hardware, grocery stores, service stations, etc. Having said that, I put out 40 or so sets last year and in a banner year for everything else planted in the garden, not one onion came up.
