One box Orange Jello, One box Cherry Jello, Vanilla Vodka, properly chilled of course to be your cold water. Follow the recipie EXACTLY like the box, except substitute all of the cold water for vodka. Add three extra unflavored knox gelatin packages for every two large boxes of jello you use. Put in 9x13 pan, chill till completely set. Cut in 1.5" by 1.5" squares and serve. So much easier to have small cubes to pick up and suck!!! -Cheers!! . Ok...ok. I've always fought this losing battle, but last April I started with a nutritionist. She is strange, but good for keeping me at losing something. Some months it's body fat and others it is pounds. My goals are slightly different from hers. In April, I didn't realize I was as out of control as I was. So... I wanted to lose 70# and shed 15% of body fat, to date I am down 35#'s / 6%. But the best part was what happened to my cholestorol, stress levels and sugar levels. I don't know if I would have known how out of wack my system was if I hadn't went to see her. Weight Watchers was too public for me. Now though I need to kick it in gear again after this standstill I have been at for a few months!!! I have 4 months to go to meet my goal! Hurrah...and let me say, with a whopping 70# to drop...I definately qualify for some good ole Fat Bastard recognition!!! I'd rather have an awkward morning than a boring night!!!

Yea!!!! I love it when the temps are crisp like this!! The only problem is it makes me want to ski and so far we have another midwest winter, cold and no snow!! Some cool stuff, a month ago or so an old friend from high school got a hold of me through classmates.com. We've emailed and chatted a bit and caught up. I just think that in a world where everyone goes through marraiges, divorces, seperations, sex changes, kids, careers, hobbies, butt implants, and shoes that it rocks when you can find someone after so much time and pick up idle chatter like you have talked just yesteday. Wait Wait Wait.....you're not old enough to date someone 12.5 yrs younger....are you??? I'm so confused!!! My rule was always no more than 20 years older, but I broke that one once. Usually I try to keep withing 10-15 years...younger I think the youngest was only 3 or 4 years younger. Didn't really enjoy it at the time since I was also young...now, it could be loads of fun!!!
