I always feel that any guestures are insincere, until after we've worked out what the problem is. If I were in her shoes, I'd want you to leave me alone for at least a day, so I can get over being pissed. Then I'd be ready to discuss it. I wouldn't accept any guestures until I know that YOU know how you made me feel, and after you've apologized. That doesn't mean don't be ready with flowers or something. Just dont LEAD with them.

I think that until we do away with the electoral college and go with the popular vote, it doesn't really matter. But of course, I'm going to vote. The polls on TV don't influence me, but I think the media coverage of the candidates does.

I could drink less alcohol, clean up my diet a little, and lose some weight. And then after I do all those things, there will be another list of things I could do to improve my health. Its a moving target, and theres always more you can do to be healthier. Depends on where you're starting from. For some people, just drinking water instead of soda is a big step.. while others are working on cutting cycles.

I'll get married when I'm older. Because then when I promise to spend the rest of my life with one person, it won't be for *that* long.
