I believe Billy was simply pointing out the "slow reaction time" of this person in not getting that BV's wife was deaf - not blind. So, if you're trying to communicate to a deaf person with a Braille book - and that person is looking at you and pointing to the words, but being quiet - it's kind of humerous. I see it that way, at least. She's precious!! I love the outfit!!

I have to agree with Shrek....all you damn 'silent' types making fun of us hearing individuals. It's not our fault you're bitter because 1 in 3 deaf people get carpal tunnel!!!! they do say that you may have a tendency to be hyper-focused on it. It's not a wonder drug, but it is certainly making me sit down and want to do stuff I need!!! I suppose meds combined with 'to-do' lists and what not would make me crank through my day - but it takes effort on my part - and of course - the buzz helps!!

Okay - so I have been recently "officially" diagnosed with ADD...(always sorta known, but never did anything about it - now that it's affecting my professional life - I did something) (when your shrink laughs at you - is that bad thing?? "you weren't kidding - you really do have ADD!" were his exact words...guess I bounced around a little in my patient history!) So, I've started my course of medication and WOW - this is the bomb. I'm so focused and intent it's not funny!! It's a shame my job gave me notice already - I actually really want to be working right now...and I know I could get lots done. I can't wait to get another job - I'm going freakin' RAWK!! Anyway - anyone else on this stuff? how does it affect you? side affects...if anything - I'm thirstier than normal (common, apparently). I learned that ADD is not a "child's disease" and that, if left untreated for 30+ years, can actually hinder your sociological, and professional, development. I learned that when a friend is in need - other friends come out of the woodwork for them...and seldom is it the first person you'd think of (Thanks Randy!) I learned the benefits of being a friend to someone who recently hurt themself....and seeing the humbled look of appreciation in their face almost brings tears to the eyes now

OR... Get given your 60 days notice and told to leave work!!!! That amounts to both, doesn't it!!???
