  1. What did Helen Keller's parents do to punish her? - rearranged the furniture. - put doorknobs on the walls. - left the plunger in the toilet. groan. you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?

    Brazil

I've been to Sao Paulo, if that's what you mean... You'll definitely need a tourist visa- if your travel plans are imminent, I'd suggest you hustle up on that one- I've heard it can take awhile. My company took care of it for me, and apparently used a special expiditing service... I can't remember if you need anything else (it's been awhile), but I know they made me get vaccinated. Ask Wendy (wmw999)- not sure how recently, but she's spent a lot of time in Brazil. Have fun and be careful! Ciao! you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
  3. Very cool! Sounds like fun. Wow! Linda Dano and Billy Warlock are still around?? Didn't she used to be on Another World and he used to be on Days? And what the hell is Port Charles? Vampires? Yikes. I stopped paying attention to soaps back in Junior High, but I still know who the big actors are... Those shows crack me up. I was a maid at the Haunted Mansion in Disney World, which was arguably one of the best positions I could have gotten as a College Program participant. Consider: 1.) Indoor (mostly) 2.) Air conditioned 3.) Nice breakroom 4.) Bathrooms on the premises 5.) Don't have to smile. At all. 6.) Get to scare small children, thus entertaining yourself and enriching their spooky little experience. you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
  4. QuoteThey pay me almost nothing to huh,Quote You're funny, dude. What do you do for ABC/Disney? I used to be a part of the illustrious Disney family- did the magical 'College Program' 3-month stint in Orlando back in '95 (which is also when I did my very first tandem in Deland...) you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?

    Vibes needed

Positive thoughts and all the good vibes I got are going his way right now. I know what it's like to worry about my friends over there, but I couldn't possibly imagine what she must be going through. Much love and tons of hugs for her... God bless our troops. you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
  8. I bet you got that tomato-tortilla wrap from your Mariott-supplied cafeteria, didn't you? If not, well, I'll be damned, 'cause that looks just like the lunch I ate last week! you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
  9. I've never filled a JD Power survey before, but is it possible they might send you something else, like more money, once they receive your completed survey?? If not, why would people waste their time? you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
  10. That depends- there are a lot of good places to live... 1.) Would you prefer to be closer to work and pay more for rent, or 2.) Live a little further out, say, closer to a dropzone, pay less on rent, and deal with the morning traffic? I live in the Galleria area, which is not cheap, but very close to work (I HATE traffic), and about 30 minutes from Skydive Spaceland. I would check out the Medical Center area- lots of gated apartment complexes, and I'll bet they're running move-in specials because the housing market sucks for them right now. Go online, and look for places in your price range. PM me the names and if I know anything about them, I'll let you know. Oh, here's a tip: most places "inside the loop" (Loop 610) tend to be a bit pricier... Let me know if you have any specific requirements for location and I'll try to help. you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?

  13. Aww!! Thanks Dave!! I would absolutely be there, but it's a "school night", and if I'm gonna hang with skydivers AND expect to be at work the next day, I GOTTA be close to home. Thanks for the invitation, though. Listen, anytime you're in town and need a place to crash, my couch is yours.
  14. OH Yeah. Mmmm... when he unleashes those claws... and glares at his enemies... and then rips them to shreds... [shudder] Definitely Wolverine. you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?

  16. Just got back from buying my tickets for the 10:20 showing tomorrow night! Anyone in Houston wanna join me and psuCory? If so, PM me.
  17. Ooohhh!! Thanks for the tip! (even though I normally don't jump right up...) Thing is, I already know I want to see Revolutions, and I generally avoid trailers to movies I intend to see (they always show the best parts- I want to be surprised). I doubt I'll be able to resist though... Aghh! Now I'm all excited and I have to wait a whole 'nother 36 hours!! So, how far ahead of time should I arrive to be first/ second in line? One- one & a half hours? you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
  18. Thanks dude! It didn't even occur to me to check for Wednesday showings- got one every twenty minutes starting at 10:00 at my local theater. Hopefully the crowd will consist mostly of 'serious' movie-goers, as opposed to the amateurs who can't remember to turn off their cell phones... Woo hoo!! I can't wait!! Thanks again! you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
  19. Whoops!! My bad! Thanks for posting the link... Earlier this week, a friend of mine e-mailed me the link to Tucker's site, like, a day before he took the unabridged story down. Too funny. Poor girl- she picked the wrong asshole... (I mean, she probably would've picked one anyway, but this one's got devious friends and HTML skills...) you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
