HOORAY! I start AFF tomorrow...

Recommended Posts

Relax. It sounds ridiculous but it will help you immensely.

Have fun, stay positive. Should you fuck up, just think of all of the things that went right as opposed to dwelling on the negatives.

Listen to your instructors, ask LOTS of questions, and have a blast dude.

Good Luck!

While that is a great read with TONS of good info...I would suggest reading the the ISP section of the SIM first. Also...remember to RELAX...it to me a couple of jumps to figure that out.

Don't.

There's three types of information - that you must know, that you should know, and that you could know. Almost all the information in TP&IP is, at the moment, in the "could know" category.

Eat breakfast, show up fresh, and listen. Your instructors will teach you the information you must know.

I have video to prove that you can. I still held on but it can be one heck of a ride.

Listen to the instructors for the jump you are doing right then, and limit the advice you take from others. At least run it by someone you know to be knowledgable...like your instructors.B|

Have fun

any advise?

My bet is a lot of the advice will be something like....

Listen to your instructors! B|

Best advice possible right there.

Only accidents that I've seen in my time at the DZ are from those that didn't listen to what they were told.
