The complexity of the test, known prior history of the test item, number of test involved, who the test was for and my mood at the time. It ranged from as little as $50 to a high of $1500 and travel. It was "back in the day" when squares were pretty new and we always heard that the closer you got to the ground the worse the problems got. So I cut away my Strato-star due to a break hang up. All the rest of the FXC "miss-fires" occurred below 3,000 feet and many "miss-fires" looked like less than 2,000 feet.
