Thanks for reminding me of "Swoop", what is is real name and is he still skydiving &as'nt he in Hill Street Blues for a while?
The whole cast appeared to be very much into the sport and it's still an O.K. movie, save for the B.S. deliberate "Gift wrapping".

Michael Jeter died in 2003 of a seizure. He played a guy named Earl in the movie.

Swoop was played by Kyle Secor.

So maybe we're over due for a Skydiving movie, now just to pick the cast ,Keanu, as a wisen, somewhat occasioanal jumping. But mostly just hanging at the
D.Z. trying to inspire newbies, reminising of past day's of glory.Could even have Yancy as his lady partner who's been by his side through all their experiences. The shot with the camera circling those actresses just put's this film into the "R' rating, title it "Airgasm"
Now to fit in some,tracking, hybrid, wing suiting,some
kind of plot, skydivers foiling a terrosit W.O.M.D threat?Throw in some ex-special forces types relegated to tandem jumping, freaked out barfing torrists. Also an aircraft mechanic, having always wanted to jump, but just can't quite get it right?

It was an all female 8 way team at Perris back in the late 90's. all of them were smoking hot. Melanie Conatser was one of the them. Karin Sako was my favorite. She is still smoking hot.

Yancy was never a regular jumper! She played one in the movie and she now lives in Connecticut!
