And if you want to be technical, Trump will still appear on the ballot in CO, because he filed his appeal (barely) in time, which stayed the action.

As a prediction, I think the Supreme Court will rule in such a way that they don't have to touch on any of the substantive issues. So more in line with: primary races are help by private companies and therefor the Colorado Supreme Court ruling doesn't apply. Setting it all back up for another round if/when Trump is the actual candidate.

Well, they are the perfect republican family.  As soon as the argument with their 17 year old son, Tyler, started . . . Bobo's ex Jayson grabbed a rifle.  Apparently the argument was over where the 17 year old's son would sleep.  (Tyler's son was a year old.)  Tyler preferred a laundry basket.  Clearly the only way to settle that argument is with a gun.  After all, better to be judged by twelve than have a baby carried by a laundry basket or six.

Barrett said Peters’ lawyers cited “irreconcilable differences” with their client as the reason for the latest switch.

I suspect that this is the more politically correct term than the original language used.  Something like "sorry but she's fucking crazy Your Honor."
