The IRS, because it's the only one that involved intentional wrong-doing, even if the effects are being ridiculously overstated. The ends don't justify the means, but I think the easy solution is to do away with tax-exempt status for all such organizatins, regardless of their political perspective.

I'm fine with using surveillance to find who in the government is releasing classified information to reporters.

Bengazi was unfortunate, but far worse happens in the US every single day. It's just a bunch of people trying to use 4 deaths to make a political point (the same people who criticized Cindy Sheehan for doing the same).

I don't know enough about "Fast and Furious" to have an opinion.

The part that has me care less about this though came up on Colbert. He has his own super pac and didn't register for official status because that's a voluntary step, not a requirement of a 501c4.. So is this all a lot of gnashing over little?

Fast and Furious is a much bigger deal to me due to the lying to congress, as well as the stupidity of it all. Let's give guns to drug cartels and see what happens!

The tracking of reporters is also a pretty bad one -something that should be nipped in the bud.

To me it's the journalist(s) being targeted. The reason is that it is journalists who tell us about government nefariousness. Journalists may not be willing to report about nefariousness within the government.
