Yeah I think your right. Must have been the tattoo on his arm that threw me when I was younger:D

Because it was where it was going to end up eventually anyway. Call it a pre-emptive move.

Anyway, just to reiterate one thing about the original post;

Bea Arthur was NEVER in the USMC. She was never recruited. The entire thing is a myth and continues to be repeated via the wishful (some might actually say mean spirited) thinking of others.
