It's really kind of a steal. Those things cost probably (guessing) $400m to build.

Down in Ft. Lauderdale, they have the Christmas boat parade up the intercoastal. A lot of people use the opportunity to put for-sale signs on their yachts. I've seen a few for $12-14million.

It's not a bad price, but I'll bet the docking and upkeep are horrendous.
