Matter are useless. Jumpsuit recommendations?

Recommended Posts

Hello all. After many frustrating months of waiting for Matter Clothing to deliver the freefly suit I ordered, I have finally run out of patience.

Can anyone reccommend a jump suit manufacturer that a) produces a quality product and b) has even the vaguest idea of delivery dates and customer service?

Thank you.

It would help to know where you are..... Country at least.

Personally, I like Michigan suits. Mike is the kinda guy that is involved with each and every suit he makes. He makes less suits than others, but they last forever. I have one with well over 2k jumps on it.

Sorry guys - should have provided more detail!

I'm based in the UK. I'm not concerned where the suit comes from. I chose Matter with an eye to a team look, as the other members have their suits from Matter, however Matter have let me down so I'm looking elsewhere.

I know the characteristics the suit should have and all other details. I was hoping that more experienced individuals than myself would know the manufactures to approach as well as the ones to avoid!

Thanks to everyone who has responded so far...
It seems that Liquid Sky is a name that keeps popping up. Any positive or negative comments on these guys?

Thanks.

I love my LiquidSky suit!! Do a quick search here on dz.com and you'll see that a lot of people feel the same way. They are cut great, and are built to last.

I own Matter, deepseed & vertical suits. The matter and deepseed are very basic and good suits if your not looking for high-tech materials, construction and flight charcteristics (these are 3-5 years old so their technology may have moved on). The Vertical suit flies great but the taslan material they use on the outer layer is very sensitive to mechanical abraision and for the cost of the suit, mine has suffered significant damage in a very short space of time after normal use.

After a good look at tonfly, and boogieman suits, I have just ordered a comp suit from Sonic - they look awesome, have all the attributes of a suit that will fly well and be comfortable and they have cordura (harder wearing than taslin) as the outer layer. Ordering from the shop was easy and Gregor was very helpful in getting the specs right. I should be collecting it in about 3 weeks so I'll let you know how it flies...

mate,
don't bother waiting your money or your suit. They suck. I force them (via bank) get my money back.
finaly i got my money back (after 8 months) and i order my suit from another label (kurupee) with the same money and better quality + extras.
