What you talkin bout fool? We make the tractor with the largest cab on the market!

Oh, and tractors are for pulling tools through fields, not flying travellers from one country to another.

Damn silly brits and their backwards thinking! :D

I'm not so sure that I want to fly on one those things....

There is an apparent lack of women that use them as indicted by photographic evidence. [:/]

On long haul flights that this is intended for I would much rather have a nice woman to talk to than all the men that fly on the A380.

Even better video that includes a view of cattle class (which looks no better than any other cattle class out there)...

Just wait 'til the carriers get a hold of this. You'll be crammed in like sardines just like any most other commercial flight. The buyers configure the interior as they see fit. Than means leg space seat width etc are compromised for passenger numbers. And unless you're a frikin millionaire you won't be lounging in one of those first class bunks.

That was not the first flight. :P

First flight is the first time it flies. There is real nervousness with a real first flight, because they've only done high speed taxi tests before that first flight, they only have simulations to show that it really will fly. On a first flight, the people like me that designed hundreds of switch panel parts in the flight deck that control every single important system on the airplane are on the edge of their seat for the entire flight until it lands safely. The first flight of the 777 included an intentional shutdown of one engine, that is exciting. I believe within the first couple weeks after first flight, a 777 had taken off with a circuit breaker mistakenly locked out, which required that the alternate landing gear extension switch I designed be used. That was exciting to hear about, sure glad it worked. B|

Those luxury amenities could be in any large airliner. It is the airlines that decide to do that stuff. Still cool, but should not be considered to only be possible in the A380.
People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am

The pic A380-8 is nice.

I also noticed what might be microphones to check noise levels.

Or maybe a temperature checker?

Or maybe they're just holding the whole damn thing together with duct tape. :)

Hey, if it's good enough to hold the universe together, it oughta be good enough for Airbus, right?

Bingo. The extent to which coach is gonna SUCK in this flight defies logic. :)

Yup...I'm hoping the BA flight I take next week (World Traveler +) is worth it!
