Jim,

I'm in awe to the great variety of plane, one JU-52 the russian ones, how on earth could you get to jump one of these?

How come you don't have a jump in a C-130?

Thanks for sharing.

Mostly aircraft that are present at airshows
I've performed in...
I also basically lived in a hangar for a few years
back in San Diego... :S

I sniveled onto a lot of rides there too.

C-130?
Check again! ;)

One 'almost' that I really wish had come off
was 10-12 years ago the "An 225"

( Russian Heavy Lift, largest thing flying)

was at an Air Show....
I got to ride in the back during their show
flyby performance,

gate-open....rig on! B|

But wasn't scheduled to jump out....:|

Thought about just stepping out,
way far away from the show area,
over a bean field or something....
but it would have been a LONG hot walk back
and I didn't want to piss anyone off! >:(

I like those questions that make me look back ;):$

275 jumps here from the following planes:

Skyvan (the famous Pink Skyvan)
Cessna 182
Cessna 206
Cessna 206 Turbo
Cessna Caravan
Norman Britten Islander
EC 120 Helicopter
Turbo Finist

Yeah I think that's it.

Oops; [edited to say]: Forgot the LET410, very cool it was, with a dedicated human door opener :D

Couple of Marks of C182s
C206
Caravan
Nomad
Islander

Not much, but only got 56 jumps :)
Can't be the only one so far that's jumped outta a Nomad? Thing breaks down every two lifts, takes forever to altitude, but still?

Ah you jumped the Nomad too eh? Slow as shite, no? :)

Well....let's just say that you could just skip a good night sleep, if you where booked for a few nomad loads that day because you'd get enough sleep every time you went up..:)

EVERYONE was sleeping in that plane...even ppl. that where making their first exciting jump from 12.000 ft :)

31 different types for me.

I am missing a readily available civlian airplane (Shorts Skyvan) which I may remedy this weekend at Eloy.

I am also missing a couple of common military aircraft as well: C-5B Galaxy and C-17 Globemaster. I constantly keep my ear to the ground to add those to the list as well.
Arrive Safely
