A black Michael Jackson.

sorry, just had to say it! :ph34r:

His videos live on. Watch the video to "Don't Stop til you Get Enough" and you'll see Michael as Michael - NOT Jacko.

Michael may be dead but he lives on through his music and his videos...

whos the white chick singing in the second one? shes kinda hot.. and that lesbian action.. yum.

The video is further PROOF that Elvis is dead and was dead. There ain't no way in hell Elvis would have allowd his baby girl to marry that.

I haven't seen kids with Mercurochrome on their elbows and knees for a while.

That's because they're all encased in bubble-wrap....can't let the little darlings do something where they might actually get a SCRATCH!!!! :o

Handcuffs...oh, wait...most of them see those nearly every day.
[:/]

Baking soda frogmen - geez, I had a lot of fun with those.

Mickey Mantle rookie card - Yep, no lie, had one in early '55, a couple or three years after it was initially issued; keyword = had[:/] Bowman '51 (see pic). It lived a short life as a flapper-motor on my bike, I'm sure.

My reality and yours are quite different.
I think we're all Bozos on this bus.

Here's a few more -

AM only radios in cars.

AM transistor radios about the size of a deck of cards.

Action Jackson - an undersized GI Joe clone

Pin Ball machines with real numbers. Not those pussy LEDs.

Floppy disks the size of an LP. (you know, about 2 CDs wide;))

VHS tapes for computer backup.

I was thinking about things from my past that I used to see all the time that my kids will probably never actually see...

Like a mimeograph. Who here remembers the smell of mimeograph paper? Ahhhhh...

Or punch cards. Back in the day, my mom used to have a couple for Fedco and stuff.

I can't even remember the last time I saw a Polaroid camera. And does anyone here remember BETA? Or rotary-dial phones? Or how freaking AWESOME the Atari 2600 was.

Some of them don't have the happiest memories. Like 8 track tapes - they always clicked over during the good part of a song. Or those television antennae on the top of every home?

Memories...

How about this one?http://oldcomputers.net/c64.html;)
I hold it true, whate'er befall;
I feel it, when I sorrow most;
'Tis better to have loved and lost
Than never to have loved at all.

Does anybody out there remember party lines. I lived in a small ranching community of roughly 200 people and there were 3 to 6 people on every phone line which meant when you picked up your phone to make a call, chances were you were going to hear your neighbor gossiping about you to your other neighbor.

I may be getting old but I got to see all the cool bands.
