You mean some judge could overrule the voters and give me MORE rights like this one did? Scary... Blue skies, Keith Medlock

What would you do to piss someone off?
skydiverkeith replied to turtlespeed's topic in Speakers Corner
So you are pissed off at A LOT of people in this forum then, no? Nope. I'm fairly consistent. -
Watch out, Highway Dividers. You suck! I was expecting a hottie! Blue skies, Keith Medlock

Poll: What Reserve Handle: Ring / Soft /Other
skydiverkeith replied to fcajump's topic in Gear and Rigging
I assume you mean mini 3-ring. They have less of a mechanical advantage when cutting away, requiring a higher pull force. Blue skies, Keith Medlock -
Right, the only reason I responded to your question is that it seems most atheists equate faith and hope in God with a religion. Sorry if I was not in your "target" group. It was pretty obvious what you were fishing for. errr... You didn't respond to my question. You responded to ShayneH's question. He's the atheist. I'm the agnostic who still approves of religion. After you finish your post -
I am not a "religious folk" but I am a Christian. Ultimately for me it boils down to who I am and what I need spiritually/psychologically to be healed and set free. What I experienced some 30 years ago was transforming and still empowers me with everything I could ever want or imagine. If you can find what I am talking about somewhere anywhere else, I would love to hear about it. For me there is only one way. You are responsible for yourself, may you will find what I have found. And hopefully you will do much better with what ever you discover. ... See, and you're not a suicide bomber, right? You don't kill people and start crusades, right? Blue skies, Keith Medlock

I hear they come in handy on mountaineering trips, although from my experience they are overly afraid of avalanches and driving erraticly on snow... Blue skies, Keith Medlock

I would be interested, and I'm about to be in the market for a new bag. As long as the quality is better than Brand-X! Blue skies, Keith Medlock
-
I am curious what your reasoning is that you stick with a split bag for F111? I've never packed an F-111 in a split bag so take this with a grain of salt (info came from my rigger). The idea is that F-111 fabric stays put unlike ZP, so it's convenient to have a bag capable of being built around the fabric, instead of shoving the canopy into the bag's opening... If you jump F-111, stick with the split bag. Otherwise, stitch it shut. I stitched mine shut because I got tired of closing that stupid thing! Blue skies, Keith Medlock

To my knowledge, soft handles are currently illegal in Finland. Blue skies, Keith Medlock -

skydiverkeith replied to fcajump's topic in Gear and Rigging
After that schpiel about mechanical advantage, I sincerely hope you have the standard 3-ring risers, and not the mini 3-ring. Otherwise you lose credibility. Blue skies, Keith Medlock -
EVERYONE should barrel roll.
skydiverkeith replied to ridestrong's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
A word of advice from experience... If this ever happens again, DON'T PULL. Once you pitch that pilot chute you loose control over your filght path during opening and if you ARE directly above the other jumper, can snivel right into his canopy, as happened to me. Fly your body and make sure you're clear, THEN PULL. Blue skies, Keith Medlock -
should take your own words to heart then! Ladies and gentlemen, may I present "the troll". virgin-burner's favorite things are skydiving and causing trouble. It says so on his profile! uh-uh, you're really a mind of genius; still like to insult people via PM? tells me more about you than my profile does about me.. That's some funny shit VB. I guess you forgot about the PM you sent me titled "go" and the body of the PM only contained the words "fuck yourself". LMAO! I gotta remember that one! How did you reply? Blue skies, Keith Medlock

Right! Glad to see you finally catching on... Blue skies, Keith Medlock

First rig questions...

How many religious people believe that god sent Hitler to kill the jews because they killed his son? And that was before he created aids to take out the homos. Much more civilized than the fire and brimstone he used in biblical times... Blue skies, Keith Medlock
