  1. You're thinking about the price of a tandem HALO. For licensed skydivers its $375 for first time. According your sim I believe its C license requirement but they'll take you as long as you have your B I believe. 2. LED if money is no option. Actually depending upon the quality it might only be a about a couple hundred extra. For what its worth the LED produces blacker blacks compared to that of LCD due to the LED's being able to completely turn off compared to that of LCD Also the colors are more accurately reproduced compared to that of LCD. Plus it consumes less energy therefore cheaper electricity bill ! Go with LED you can't go wrong. I'd personally recommend Samsung or Sharp.....Sony is up there but slightly overpriced If 3D is your thing then I wouldn't be too sure of which brand to recommend since personally I'm not into 3D and I think its a way to price things up/consumer gimmick For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp
  3. That's very impressive! Keep it up and make a new record without any cutaways! Met a guy a few months ago had 22,000jumps and ONLY 8 cutaways with only 2 on his sport rig and the rest on tandems! 4. Just curious to all the swoopers/canopy pilots out there.... What type of canopy do you use? Comp Velo, Velo, Daedalus JVX, Extreme VX, Xaos-27, Sensei etc etc ?? What size with what wingloading? Of course some people have various sizes depending upon the event such as speed vs distance. Just wondering what people around here use and why they chose it For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp

  6. That's what intrigues me is that it seems almost as if some people choose their canopies purely and solely based on the openings! For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp
  7. Getting back to the original discussion..... How many of you out there chose your canopy based on openings? Interesting since its seems many WS people want nice openings as well as videographers with their equipment. Obviously videographers are more open to x-braced canopies How many out there choose your canopy based on its flight characteristics? Choices based on swooping? Stress free but fun canopy? Just some things I wonder on how others choose theirs by For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp
  8. Get a V308 it'll fit perfectly. I Have a V308 and actually had a 150 in there (brand new too!) although it was a pulse. Also I have an optimum 143 reserve so a 135 main would be perfect with your 126R.....Just think...I had a 150 and 143 in a V308 a bitch to pack, but I'm sure you're sabre2 135 would be great Post some pics onto the Post your Vector forum when you receive it :) Make it look awesome! 9. So what made you choose your Extreme-VX as apposed to a Xaos-27, Velo or Deadalus JVX? For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp
  10. Seems like a lot of people out there really enjoy their Pilot's, Kanata's and XF2's . Interesting! For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp
  11. Personally I can't live without going to a dropzone or tunnel each and every weekend. My life officially revolves around skydiving! I try and jump as much as my $$ will allow! Ever since I have purchased my rig I have almost never missed a weekend at the DZ. I'm serious to a point where I've began to actually cook more often to save money.....and I'm a horrible cook! Skydiving for me is a lifestyle not a hobby For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp

  15. Thats a pretty neat idea. Can you use the UPT d-bag in other containers? If so I may look into picking one up. I believe that the UPT semi-stowless bag is universal providing that you order the correct size d-bag for your container. 16. I'm assuming its not the UPT semi-stowless bag but perhaps a complete stowless bag as he was stating that he recommends at least two stows such as UPT's. For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp
  17. I wonder why some people choose Velo's over Xaos or vice versa or a Crossfire over a Katana For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp

  21. What canopy do you jump and why/what made you choose it? Because of the opening, the swoop, flare, CRW, turns, glide, stress free, fronts, rears? I jump a PD Sabre2 120 because of the fun factor with the fronts and decent openings. 25. In terms of booties......what do most of you all wear? For tonysuits there are two options of regular and mega and its difficult to decided between the two. Of course less and more imput applies to the size. I'm a lightweight so would a mega bootie slow my fall rate a bit.....I need to fall as fast as possible while still having a comfortable range. Do most people tend to have regular? For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp
