thats almost how it is in my country and we are far far from socialist free healthcare to everyone in state funded hospitals you can still get private health insurance if you want or pay for private healthcare if you think it is better so you have the choice we also dont have anyone going bankrupt because of medical bills

Now I receive health care benefits from the VA and they treat me well. However, I would hate to see that system implemented throughout the entire nation. Why? Because it would be squandered on people who didn't earn it. Furthermore, because of the problems inherent in the VA system, I also carry private insurance. The VA is my primary care physician. When I need special treatment I turn to the capitalistic health care system. a quick idea for getting the photo you want in the end would be to take a photo of the background first at the necessary settings and then taking the action shot and using photoshop in my limited experience i have not been able to get good night action shots with stars visible
