If you hate it that much, find a new job--- you might feel better just being proactive in looking for something different. At the same time though, I have to agree with some of the other posters-- you're very young, and we all had sh*t jobs around that age-- everyone does pretty much. When I was in college in Australia trying to afford to skydive as well as live-- I would get up at 4:30am, hop on my bike, ride for 45 minutes to start my job bagging snacks for a diet company.... all.... day..... long-- then of course, I'd ride the 45+ minutes back in traffic and in the afternoon heat, hopefully to make my evening class. I sold my first car to buy my first rig-- best thing I ever did-- and acutally even at the time there was no question in my mind. (Ok, fine, I was moving to NYC and didn't need the car.) Anyway, I hear you though, I have a 2002 Subaru Outback and I LOVE it. My Sube is my one other truly frivolous pleasure in life next to skydiving. I could easily be driving around something a lot cheaper and still have a new car. I am on a 4-way team (VERY expensive) and I still manage to make it work. It's up to you, but bottom line, you've got to go through AFF, and you've got to get your own equipment. Hopefully you can do it with your sweet new job and still keep your Sube!
