Just wondering. If you cut a line-over on your reserve...Will a chute still more or less fly normally? How would a canopy behave? _______________________________________

well...I think that would be my first solo jump after AFF...or the first jump after a two year lay-off...or my first jump on a 168 pilot...or my first baglock which I almost cut-away from. I think my first solo jump was the most nerve-wrecking for me _______________________________________

3 to 4 weeks would be very nice indeed. In another thread somebody said building a rig takes about 40 manhours. Was wondering if this should be true then why the deliverytimes are so long? _______________________________________

if the expected delivery of your custom ordered gear is 10 weeks and runs up to 16 to 19 weeks? Just curious as I choose option three every time I have to rent a rig at my DZ I just hope my rig will be worth all my patience.... _______________________________________

On www.skydivingmovies.com there is a movie (look under 'new videos') about airforce AFF training. It's a documentary of 45 minutes. Jumpers have 45 minutes of traning in the windtunnel and will make a first jump with 1 instructor and leave the airplane (herculus) unassisted. It's a very nice documentary. Go see it!!... wouldn't it be nice if my DZ had a herculus to jump from ... _______________________________________

hmmm...Is this normal policy for insurance-companies? Sounds very weird. The main reason for insurance is theft (from the packing-area, hangar, etc.). Do you know what the name of the insurance-company was (as I'm planning to insure my own rig within the month). _______________________________________

Well...what would be your favorite colorscheme. I need a freefly suit and am playing with the colors a bit. My rig will be black with dark grey/royal blue logos. Canopy will be mostly royal blue with a bit of neon yellow and navy blue. Suggestions for other schemes are very welcome... _______________________________________

Have you read all the gear reviews here at DZ.com about the sabre? http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/gear/review.cgi?ID=17 I haven't flown a sabre yet but know the reputation. Appearantly it was designed to open quick so you can enjoy as much as canopy-time possible

Also...I wouldn't put a red cutaway handle on a red jumpsuit. It should be clearly visible. Think about that when you are going to order your jumpsuit. Some DZs might even make a problem of that if you show up with a red jumpsuit and handle? _______________________________________
