*note i have not close to enough jumps to be say this, but i will anyways* during AFF, i 'knew' what a plf was. but didnt spend too much timje on it. We concentrated more on what to do in the air/ canopy control. personally, i much rather have more hours training on what to do in emergencies, and identifying pictures of malfunctions and practice EPs with pictures than spend time doing plf. heck, it wasnt until i had my A and clowdy day taht i was pulled in with a FJC in harness training for practice *sinse i missed safety day* that i really learned how to do a textbook plf and dirt dived it. i think that 15 mins is plenty of time to go over plf / practice the concept. Welcome to the skies. In reply to the facial hair.. disney has finally relaxed on that, and allow a mustache *if it is already grown* but must be well groomed, not to go past the lip line. this scares me.. only because i am about to tell you of my dream to do if i were ever to come across loads of money.... Fill a large swimmimg pool with cooking oil, but in several burners, heat that sucker up to about 375 possibly more, *don't want to cook it too fast* then dump an entire elephant in.. i was thinking to ad more fun, would maybe cook it alive.. but it may be too strong to do that? ... how long do you think it would take to cook? I'd like your thhoughts/opinions on this gear that is up for sell. with little i know, the cypress is only good for like 2 more years, then i would have to buy a new one? correcrt me if i am wrong.
