I've jumped plenty of times with sore muscles , but since it's very difficult to know just how sore your muscles are or how much movement you have, it's difficult for anyone to tell you what you should do. I stole the amyvon method. I put my hair in a pony tail on top of my head. I put on a cloth headband to hold back my bangs and other loose hairs. Then, I put on a spandex Speedo swim cap. This keeps my hair out of the way the best, and doing it this way, I never get tangles in my hair (even in the wind tunnel!) There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

A recruiter found a decent job for me at a company downtown. He mentioned it was commercial insurance, and it was for neither of the two other commercial line companies I had applied to. I had a funny feeling who it was for.... I just got a call from my recruiter, and he finally gave me the company name....the company my friend works for. Now, I know a LOT of people there (it's like an ex-Allstate club or something), but when one of your references is for the company you're applying to... Tee hee. He's been interviewing everyone that comes in, so he might interview me! He said he's going to ask about a time I had a conflict with a coworker and what I did to proactively synergize it. Oh!
