  1. Taurus has some nice inexpensive revolvers. I would recomend a 357 so you can use 38spc too or if you want an semi-auto a rock river .45 if you want noise and muzzel flash the smith 500, fun but expensive. Cheap to shoot get a .22 "You did what?!?!" MUFF #3722, TDSM #72, Orfun #26, Nachos Rodriguez
  2. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. I ordered a jumpsuit on Dec 6 and I had it on Dec 29. I understand the wait time is usually 4-6 weeks. They were very friendly and informative when I called with a couple of questions and called me to let me know when my suit would be ready. The suit looks great and fits perfectly. Check the avatar. Kudos to Christine and PJ "You did what?!?!" MUFF #3722, TDSM #72, Orfun #26, Nachos Rodriguez

    dreams

Since my earliest memories I have had dreams about having the ability to jump up with my arms out, catch the wind, and soar like a bird. Maybe that's why I like skydiving so much... "You did what?!?!" MUFF #3722, TDSM #72, Orfun #26, Nachos Rodriguez
  10. I guess the ground wasn't friendly. Ref to the late Douglas Adams "You did what?!?!" MUFF #3722, TDSM #72, Orfun #26, Nachos Rodriguez
  11. a combination of looks, personality, intelligence, and phermones. All humans are very driven by smells. I met a girl once, who had a good combination of the above plus phermones. Something about the way she smelled (not perfume) drove me nuts. my two cents "You did what?!?!" MUFF #3722, TDSM #72, Orfun #26, Nachos Rodriguez
  12. Do the tandem first. You will get a better idea of what it is all about. You get to feel the same feelings you would on AFF but it costs less and does not take as long. I used to hate to watch people go out the door. Now I love to see them fall away............................ Your landing will most likely be very soft on the tandem My first AFF landings were not very graceful and some hurt (Butt landing). Now after 32 jumps my landings are standup's and close to target. Oh, GET THE VIDEO!! Salsa "You did what?!?!" MUFF #3722, TDSM #72, Orfun #26, Nachos Rodriguez

  23. Ying, You obviously don't jump. My personal experience in skydiving is that at 40 I chose to start living my life and to break out of the box I had allowed myself to be put in. It is the best thing I could have done. Everytime I jump I am choosing to live my life and I am saying I trust my training and myself. It is a great confidence booster and gives me a great sense of accomplishment because I am overcoming a deathly fear of heights. Jumping is not commiting suicide, it is commiting Life! AND as a community, we watch out for each other regardless of who they are or how many jumps they have or what discipline they choose. (gear checks) Also, as a newbie I camped (1st time) at my DZ over Christmas. Someone put a card (addressed to me), a bag of candy, a candle, and a flashlight at my tent Christmas morning. As skydivers,we live and care. "You did what?!?!" MUFF #3722, TDSM #72, Orfun #26, Nachos Rodriguez
