I haven't posted anything for quite a while. I'm still poz but my Tcells are way up and my viral load is way down. staying nice and healthy and still jumping. quit doing tandems last year but thinking about doing them again next spring. just getting ready for winter to set in. hope everyone as a good winter season.

you seem to know the most about all of this tussle - it has evidently been several weeks now since all of this drama has been going on - is this guy still being allowed to jump at he regular dropzone(believe you said he was on a team there)? any hints of them supporting any of this?

I would think that if a lawsuit is still active - the other local dropzone where this person is jumping would not allow him to jump until things are all settled. I'm sure that they would not want it to look like they are not supporting the dropzone being sued.

maybe you can spring for some new curtains or drapes soon. Then you can lay around on the couch naked...

wow, if you can anticipate your passangers actions - I am really impressed with your skills. I've had students that have forgotten their name when they left the door. But as long as it's 'more fun' (as you said in your initial post) - you should just keep going with what you're doing. Maybe you can add some 'head down' flying in with it to add a little more exitement. Good luck with it all - hope you don't end up killing your student and yourself just so you can have 'more fun'

sounds like maybe you had a tandem instructor that didn't really care about your safety. just looking for some fun for himself. like all those guys a couple of years ago that were putting their passengers at risk by going head down. evidently you have never seen any of the 'side spin' videos - or videos of things that can go terribly wrong very quickly. ask for a safe, stable exit and enjoy the sensation of that!
