He did. Of course anyone who considers himself a symbol is kinda questionable. I like them both. very different circumstances here. Youtube is a free service and has always been. Apple offered their music downloads for free to the customers but, they really weren't doing that. The were making the artists PROVIDE it for free thru their service. seems like a lot to ask especially when they are sitting on 20 Billion in cash. Squeezing the providers of your content is not only immoral but, they found out, it's bad business. This chick keeps on proving how sharp she really is........

Few people on the planet have the clout to tell the world's largest (by market cap) company to sit and spin but, Taylor Swift proved she does. Steve Jobs started Itunes by convincing the artists it was in their interest to offer music with Apple by sharing royalties with them. New management has decided to change that policy. She showed them. Nice to see someone standing up for herself and the other artists as well.

Not to mention the snipers in Gilly suits hiding in the hills. All done for "security" Though this will surely put me on a watch list, if a person wanted to blow the bridge, all that would be needed is to load 1 of the MANY raft busses with fertilizer and diesel. I've NEVER seen them stopped or searched.....

The latest qtr's results speak for themselves. Nobody renews with Groupon. And why would they? I contacted them about running a promo and this is what they wanted. Sell a tandem for 145 and Groupon would take 72.50 of that. Huh? These people have no concept of what it takes to run a business. Short the stock. Easiest money you will ever make.

A detective contacted me today about a theft of someone's gear (my name was on the data card) and the conversation turned to police aggression. He agreed that its increased and the existence of a few bad apples. I mentioned the incident in Phoenix where the police shot and killed a mentally disturbed woman (56) who had threatened them with a hammer. No taser, no attempt to disarm just pulled a gun and shot her. Seemed cowardly IMO. He agreed with the Cops. Stating, "I'm not gonna put myself at risk to get hurt." My question is, "Why are you a Cop?" Another Bully with a Badge...

You may want to look at the attached image in my last post. Your response fits that to a "T". Instead of a personal attack on someone that simply perpetuates this insanity, you may take a moment to realize how that is EXACTLY what those that wish this to continue want. Stop being part of the problem and start being aware of what needs to be done to prevent and end this insanity. It's gonna take a LOT more than just a few to make that happen. I'm optimistic it can be done....

Really? And we are suppose to be happy when we hear, " We're from the Government and we're here to help." There is absolutely NO question that police dept.'s are elevating the amount of aggression they are "legally" allowed. People shooting at cops? Been happening for a while. Cops shooting innocent people, dogs, homes, cars or just about any Fucking thing they want to and we're just suppose to take it. Enough! I'm sick of it! And I'm not the only 1. I don't advocate violence. I train to avoid and as a last resort, end it. Quickly. The worst kind of a Bully is 1 that carries a badge.....

I was hoping to make a point about the REAL reason why this situation is being perpetuated. It's a personal opinion but, it certainly makes a lot of sense out of what I think is a senseless war. Yes, there are a LOT of horrible things being done to a LOT of innocent people. I find it difficult to believe that these individuals doing the be headings couldn't be found and dealt with appropriately. But, that would end the propoganda being used to justify the next conflict. When the population wakes up to how this all works and realizes how much they are being used, it will end.

So now that the US War machine has done its job in Iraq and Afghanistan, it needs a new target to justify its existence. Enter ISIS. Or ISIL. Or whatever alphabet Terror group that the alphabet "Good Guys" are going come up with next. And of course, the US can't directly get involved, so we need to train (and arm) the Syrian rebels to fight this menace. This will empower the NEXT Terrorist group to be created so when we piss them off (as it ALWAYS happens, ie, Saddam Hussein, Bin Laden, etc...), they can become the next alphabet organization to be defeated. Hence the real reason for this action is to continue the "War on Terror" against an unknown, often unseen, seemingly undefeatable enemy continues. Insanity on a whole new level.....

Was the most horrific event I ever saw. I'm sure we all were sickened by what occurred that tragic day. What has been even more disturbing (and Frightening!) has been finding out who and the why it actually happened. The most shocking part for me, was witnessing the buildings coming straight down in their own footprint. Simply defying physics. Closing pins piercing bridles - Total Malfunction

This has been analyzed before. I witnessed this not once but twice. We concluded the bridle was tightly packed under the top flap. When the PC is inflated, it exerts enuff force to push the pin thru the bridle. Age and condition if the PC and bridle didn't seem to be the overwhelming factor. The bridle being tucked tightly under the top flap appeared to be. Follow the above advice and stow under bottom or put enuff slack to give the bridle room to extract without being pierced. Easy fix.
