  4. AFAIK front risers will never make you cover a greater distance, but it can help you going forward ! If you have strong wind, going on rear risers might make you fly backwards (relatively to the ground) and increase the distance to the spot you want to reach. scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM
  5. I think that a short bridle and a "small"PC can be a source of hesitation of the extraction of the POD, and therefore cause off heading openings/line twists. But they might be caused by many other factors : body position elastic bands/tubes not equally tense etc, etc etc scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM

  9. maybe he knows cause you jump at aggieland... to find out the age of the reserve, the manufacturing date should be written on it (I think) and you should also have the repack card or a copy of it to find out how many times it has been packed. scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM
  10. not new to skydiving (nearly 2 yrs, 385 jumps) or to the forums. Was formerly known as Lazyfrog. Reached the Carpal Tunnel level, and started to think it had nothing to do with my skydiving level, and I didn't want people (specially newbies) that they had to believe the things I say. Why piis : it's my skydiving family www.piis.ch Why Fish : cause that's my name at the DZ, got that name in Russia in a restaurant. Why not just fish : the name already exists scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM
