how and why the canopy flies, front riser turns (for landing), flying with risers for traffic, etc etc... maybe the only con I would say is he didn't teach us too much on low speed approaches, flat turns etc... Helmet without box is the best way to train. Maybe you're gonna video RW or tandems, so get used to fly with them, the same way you're gonna film them. AFAIK you should not go back to a total AFF but you would have to do some evaluation jumps with an instructor. Maybe I am wrong, try and contact instructors at the DZ you want to go jumping.
