I do have a VISO, and it's great! The VISO will log all altitude and speed information for every second of your skydive, from exit to landing. I love seeing how fast I can get my Velo 90 to descend during my 270 turn for landing! It will log this information for the last several jumps (don't remember off the top of my head how many...10? 15?), but logs standard exit altitude/spped, opening altitude/spped, dive number, info for about 200 or so jumps. However, this data is not downloadable to any logbook software. The VISO is mainly an extremely accurate digital visual altimeter. If price is being considered, then check out the Pro-Track, as none of the new products for Larsen & Brusgaard are meant to specifically replace the Pro-Track. But if you're looking for detailed data/logbook functions that can be downloaded, AND a visual altimeter in a single unit, then you're not going to be able to beat the AltiTrack, as that is the intention behind it's design and function. Agreed from the photos provided to discribe the distortion issue. However, the ones provided are not indicative of the final spacing near the end of the dive for more than 6 - 8 of the dives Monday - Wednesday. We debriefed each jump with video and pics. There were half a dozen jumps where all flyers were in formation, with 3 - 5 flyers 1/2 to a full body's width/length out of slot. Stay tuned for many more photos that will demonstrate much more slot perfect spacing over the last 3 days of jumps. Just got home and jumped on the laptop. Can only echo all the posts thus far. BIG PROPS to Justin, Flock U, and Jeff N. WHAT A GREAT EVENT!!! Feedback from the group was very positive. We had about 18 birds total, with a few doing some freee fly jumps through the weekend. We even had someone fly south from Canada to join in the fun. Good weather across all days with many 10 - 13 way flocks going up. The average skill level of the group jumped significantly from Friday to Sunday. Got a fair amount of video to go through, which I will have to do after I get back from Pepperell. No stills ---- I will try to get some grabs off of the HD video. Out of all the wingsuit jumps, and a rather smallish landing area, only one wingsuiter landed off the entire boogie .... and that was a cut away. --- only damage was a lost cut-away handle. We also added two new birds to the flock. Big thanks to Tony (Tony Suits) for bringing his wears to the event and for co-sponsoring Saturday's first load with us. Justin, thanks for all the support during the event. Sunday wrapped things up with a couple of wicked cloud surfing flocks (Purple Mike busted out a great base for these). The final jump of the boogie was a flock that included two rodeo jumps. GREAT EVENT ---- Thanks all for a flocking good time !!! See some of you in a few days in Pepperell !!!!
