anyone know where i can buy risers with hard housing on them and then i also need hard housing for cutaway cable which i found on paragear...but i don't know which ones to buy (like how long) please help. thanks so much

Hey...anyone know where I can get hard housing for my cutaway cables for QuasarII? Also, what is everyones opinion on having soft housing? Some people at my DZ say not to jump it and it's death, others say it's perfectly fine.

hey, on both my sabreII 150 and sabreII 135 i didn't roll the nose but more than twice. now i have an impulse 120 and for terminal openings i need to roll it like 10 times to get it to open slow enough for when i have camera, and maybe 5 for not. sub terminal i roll it twice. this is just me though and i've been told more than twice i'm weird. just try everything and see what works for you i guess.

hey, did it once on my sabreII 150 just to see what would happen. only thing i really noticed that was different was pretty crazy end cell closure. easy to fix though. i was told by my rigger some people don't stow breaks ever to save time.

p.s. make sure kim is there. i love chicks that swoop! i don' really swoop very good and i will be gone most that weekend :( i'll be there later in the day maybe

Hey...I wear an ION. I don't really have that big of a head, but it still fits kinda weird. I took the top padding out and it fits a lil better. It's a nice helmet though. Came with an ugly gold stripe, but it's removable. Has a nice ear pocket for audible too.

Hey...does your DZ have hooks to pack with? Mine has hooks for tandems to be packed on. It helps a lot for huge canopies. Anywho...I have been a packer for about a year now but don't know much about your MT-1XX. Don't know much about flat packing either. Only advise I could give ya is if yer pro packing shove that nose way up there (thee 'ol eye popper) and then wrap the shit out of the tail. (be careful not to pack a line over, slappin a rubber band around the D lines could help prevent that) Make sure yer line stows are pretty tight too but not too tight (don't want a bag lock). Anyway...what exactly is a MT-1XX?

Hey Stealth... just a question...is a canopy bucking during a front riser dive a result of the type of canopy or the steering lines being too short...or maybe a result of both?

well that's pretty cool you can do a head down with 38 jumps screw tracking and work on that ( i know i know everyone will say not to freefly until more jumps)

tandem is cheaper most places and is the best way to go if your not wanting to start skydiving a lot. doing the whole class for aff is a waste if you just wanna jump once. to me it is better to do tandem first cuz then you'll know if you'll like it and wether or not you'll freak out up there. most my friends just do tanems over and over cuz it's funner for them to just think they're on a ride. same time i have other friends that are homo-phobic and don't want a dude strapped to their ass. we have no current female TM so i tell them to wait til i'm one :)

sabre 2 most definately. it has excellent flare, openings...even if you sucks butt at packing it'll still open great...it's just the better compared to safire2...not exactly sure but i've heard safire doesn't fly as well when it's not loaded up...again just heard this as a rumor

Urban, Whit and Kevin are hella cool. So is everyone else that works there and jumps there. It's the perfect place for all experienced jumpers as well as people looking to just get started. Everyone should come to the Boogie July 24th!! It's gonna be a trip.

Hey, Yeah, right now it's mainly me, mike (who also packs whitney and urban when it's busy) and joe. shawn and maybe stu help when it's busy. For summer when caravan comes and it is really busy we could maybe use another I would think. I don't know if it'd pay for as much jumping as you sound like you wanna do, but it would for sure help. One other thing is one of the TM daughter has been coming out learning to pack so that would maybe be another person but I'm not sure about her. You should def talk to Kev about it though. One thing too is you might want to come out soon and learn. You wouldn't want to spend the whole summer just learning and gettin fast enough to pack for caravan. But def come out. It'll be great! You need to catch back up to me with jumps boy. Kim

Hey guys...just wondering if anyone knows the deal w/ FF Unlim...I want to order a suit, but haven't been able to get ahold of them. Nobody answers the phone. Also, I heard there is a pretty long wait going on for their suits right now...does that still apply even if you pay to get rush delivery? Also, if anyone knows when their web-site will be finished??

do you have it set on the loudest setting? also...do you have the back where the speaker is facing your ear instead of yer helmet. i did that at first.
