Hey, I'm pretty sure your the lady that helped me get some equipment earlier...if not oh well I'll ask you anyway and if anyone else knows please say so...OK, where can I get a Large liner for an ION Kevlar freefly helmet and batteries for my pro track (CR 2330). I've looked at radio shack and other major places here where I live and nobody has ever even heard of a CR 2330, but that is what they are. Thanks so much.

Hey...just wondering what peoples opinions are about what reserve canopies are best. Also...what is too much to be loading it at.

There is a canopy here at my DZ that I like. So I guess cuz it's local it seems easiest to get. It's an Impulse/Alpha 120. My rig is small enough...It's made for a canopy about this size...I think the previous person had a 108 in it...I had a 150 in it for a while.

OK Thanks guys for your input so far. Here's the thing...Part of me wanting to get a different canopy is $, (I need $ and I could sell my Sabre2 then buy a cheaper canopy) part of it is me wanting a smaller canopy, and part is people at me DZ telling me it's too big for me. Oh and I'm a she, not a he. Yes, eventually I'd like to be a good swooper, but later. The biggest thing is I need the money. Is that a real bad reason? KW

OK...here's the thing. I currently have a Sabre2 135. I went from Lazer 250 to PD 190 to Esprit 170 to Sabre2 150 to Sabre 135 to Crossfire 149 to what I have now. So, my question is what canopy would you suggest I go to next. I know I want a 120 or close to that, but should I find another Sabre2 or go with something else. I'm thinking about an Alpha 120. Any suggestions you guys have would be greatly appreciated. Oh and right now I'm at a 1.26 wing loading and a 120 would put me at 1.42. KW

OK...I have about 140 jumps and have my sit down pretty darn good. I know, low jumps, but I started workin on my sit at jump 14. Anyway, I'm havin a lil more trouble with my head-down...I can get into right away doing a dive out from a cessna...but once i lose it I can't get back in so I just go to my sit. So...here is the q...what is the best way to get to a HD from a sit or whatever else. I've heard doing a cart wheel and other people say start tracking then bend at the waist...just wondering if there is any other brilliant ways...also...a really good FF coach should come over to Eugene Skyivers in Oregon and do some jumps with me :)...peace Kim W

I ordered some things from Dropzone.com that were supposed to have come but haven't. Also, I ordered the things over the phone and they never gave a total price...just said the cost of the items plus shipping, but never said what shipping was. So I guess I'm asking if there is a number I can call to track my order and see what my total cost is so I know. Thanks.

I have a S2 and shove the nose way up there, role the tail until I can roll no more...and get perfect openings out of it, no end cell closure yet either.

Yeah 15 degrees...coldest I've gone is around 10 I think...felt bad for a friend going up to 10K for a tandem on that same jump...0 up there. School...I'm looking towards education or maybe forensic science. We'll see. Outside of skydiving I just like to relax. Into sports...volleyball and softball. Like to snowmobile and snowboard too. Skydiving definately tops all though.

Yeah pretty cold right now. last couple jumps from 5K were around 15 degrees. usually don't get snow here in Oregon...but this winter we've had our fair share...better than rain though.

Oh yeah for sure still going to college...University of Oregon...pay for that with money from the Guard and Academic scholarships. My parents would freak if I dropped out, so no worries.

Hey y'all. New girl here, 18. Have 35 jumps now. Started as a packer in the Summer and got to jumping more recently (Using $ my Grandparents gave me for College . Pretty fun stuff, really expensive though. Just got myself some equipment...Quasar II, Sabre2 150, Tempo 120R...3 jumps on it so far...wicked fun!
