  1. What's "evil" depends on your point of view. Just like truth, honor, glory... »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. Somewhere between the yesses and nos you can find the maybe.«
  2. Just what he says. How many bombings have there been pre-Bush in comparison to now? The Middle East is just like a wasp's nest: You keep an eye on it but leave it pretty much alone, it is likely that you'll be left alone as well. But once you start poking it with a stick, you're screwed. It's an eye for an eye down there, and vengeance is a holy concept in the islamic culture. What saddens me though is the fact that there are certain western countries (especially a very big one I won't name here ) seem to have that attitude as well. Don't get me wrong, I'm no big fan of the Middle East: People burning flags and bombing embassies because of a cartoon aren't what I'd be calling "compliant to the 21st century". But in the end it's all about the stuff Mr. and Mrs. America can put into their precious cadillac's tanks without having to think twice about using up 8 gallons of fossil burning per 100 miles. *runs for cover* »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. 3. Call him a "finger wetter", but even with Monica's little detour underneath his desk all Clinton managed was to make the rest of the world chuckle - about him. Bush on the other hand makes the rest of the world slap its forehead - about the whole US. Plus, the "man with a spine" is down to 33% among his own people. That'd make me think for sure. »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. Somewhere between the yesses and nos you can find the maybe.«
  4. Blind love for America is just as bad as blinde hate. But about Dancergirl and kallend doing the "bashing America's contribution"-thingy... Seems to me that Dancegirl, kallend and a few other people in here are just sharing a widespread opinion. »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. 5. I told my parents right from the beginning that I was skydiving. My mother isn't exactly overjoyed, but she has accepted it. My wife's parent's are a different story though. She has been skydiving for 7 years without them knowing it. Eventually, we had to tell them for we were having a few of our pals swooping in on our wedding. So... when they found out, they were completely over the edge. But at the wedding, we paired them off with a friend of ours, skydiver too and pretty much about their age (60+). They've been having a very nice talk, since then her parent's are still not thrilled, but it's ok. »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. 8. A'ight... I'm in a great mood and feel kinda exibitionistic... time to bring some action back into this thread. Here's mine. »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. Somewhere between the yesses and nos you can find the maybe.«
  9. Nuts in diet coke? Ewwwwww... *schudder* I've been told that some nuts taste great in honey and sesame... Well, I could tell you a story about nuts and honey but that'd go off-topic again... »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. 11. although you're sarcastic, you're not incorrect... such truth did come from God... snear if you will... Just want to add that it was the church which prayed that the earth was flat and let Galileo be tortured and held prison for the last 8 years of his life for being a heretic. Can't help asking myself if the line to God was broken back then... »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. Somewhere between the yesses and nos you can find the maybe.«

  13. Hi, I do jump a Parasport Fairwind and it's pretty ok. Basically there aren't any differences between Fairwind and Protec. I wonder where you got the idea that the Fairwind does have a dytter pouch though. Haven't noticed that one on mine yet... BlueS, Mark »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. 14. It's a nice little deivce which has been invented by and is being build by Airtec GmbH in Wunneberg - a GERMAN company, as you may have guessed. Yeah, sure. We Germans have no clue at all... »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. Somewhere between the yesses and nos you can find the maybe.«
  15. Uhm... 13/16... if asked I'd reply that it's the former.... »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. Somewhere between the yesses and nos you can find the maybe.«
  16. Gee, what a shocker. Tell you what, there are a lot of people whose ancestors served in the Reichsmacht - simply because of the plain and simple fact that they had to. Does the term "general conscription" ring a bell? Damn, even my grandfather had to serve and ended up in a russian prison camp - does that make me a Nazi too? Sheesh, almost forgot to mention that I'm Austrian - just like Hitler was - and emigrated to Germany - just like Hitler did. Guess I'll have to grow a mustache and go candidate for German Kanzler. Since all Germans are "Hitler's children" anyway (as I've once read in an American Newspaper) chances are good for me to become an successful dictator, aren't they? Just have to change my taste of color though, brown isn't exactly my favourite pick. Well, for the ones who didn't get the irony out of my words: Methinks some of you folks need to settle their prejudice-issues VERY badly... »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. 17. Hey, I've been looking for some inspiration how to paint my Mini's hood. Seem's I've got it... hrhrhrhr... »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. Somewhere between the yesses and nos you can find the maybe.«
  18. I've had people literally rip me a new one when I tell them I don't look at my bag coming off my back. My mechanism works like this: I look, wave, throw and then the clocks starts ticking in milliseconds. I know by the timing if something isn't right. If I don't become vertical within 2-3 seconds, I look up and see what is going on behind me. Anyone agree? Exactly the same here. »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. 19. Careful at this question... probably a trap, and since it's a Freeland site ("We Want Your Soul" is his newest song, published by Virgin Records - that's why they ask if you've ever been employed by one of these companies) it sure made me suspicious. Watch out, music publishing cos are quick to sue at this matter these days... oh, btw: Your soul is worth £41115. For your peace of mind, 18% of people have a purer soul than you. Can I print that on my business card? »Somewhere between the lies and truths borderlines get shady. Somewhere between the yesses and nos you can find the maybe.«
