I'm using pinnacle 12 and it works fine for the most part. Surprisingly not too buggy. And I can burn HVCHD onto a DVD and play it on my blueray. my pics & stuff!

I agree with all that dragon said but wanted to add...my canopy has somewhere around 2500 jumps on and is on it's 3rd set of lines. It is tired but I love the way it flies & opens. Where it's jumped playes a HUGE part of it...and of course how it's treated. my pics & stuff!

I had my remote switch on my 5D crap out in the plane so I opted to shoot video with it. I've had the video for quite a while but never posted it. Skydive's not much to talk about but the colors and clarity are unreal on a big HD tv. my pics & stuff!

My blanket statement is this...it's from half ass riggers that use too long of a closing loop. Or, riggers that don't 'set' the knot so it doesn't move down the closing loop while under tension thus the closing loop slowing growing in length. Here's the next issue with pointing this out. You say to a jumper "hey, that looks like shit, you should have your rigger fix that". They say something to the rigger and then the rigger gets all defensive and says it's fine. We're back to square one. my pics & stuff!

Anyone know when they moved the cutter location on the infinity's? For those that don't know anything about it (me being one of them), it's been moved from the #1 flap to the #2 side flap above the spring. It looks like the cap of the reserve PC is concave similar to what Mirage did with theirs. I couldn't find anything on the website about it. my pics & stuff!

Just a shout out to Dick at conceptus. I have a tongue switch that died. I've had it for over 2 years and he totally took it back and has sent me a new one. That's some kick ass customer service! my pics & stuff!

Not so. Mirage has the same deal and I'm pretty sure has had it well before the infinity's. Not too mention, the older infinity's don't have that folded back piece of the RSL that you mention. I've seen some infinity's with the same issue TLob is mentioning. This is opinion and should be left to the informed jumper's decision. We have a master rigger/video-dude that swears they should be hooked up. I don't agree....but that's my opinion. my pics & stuff!

Thanx for your explanation, that's really all I was looking for. I've never seen a camera mounted on the right side. Dave explained why it's rare. I'm not saying there aren't cameras there, I just haven't seen them. I'm not fired up so no need to chill....just inquiring. There are way too many jumpers that downsize way too early, start flying birdman suits too early, jump with shit they shouldn't be jumping with to early....that's really all. I'm not the only one out there concerned so it's all good. Take it for what it is. Thanx for the props and good luck with that inifinity RSL (I'd just remove it). my pics & stuff!

There's a good reason why jumpers should wait until they're very comfortable just skydiving without a camera before strapping one on their head. And then there's jumpers who 'think' they know it all and won't listen to anything other jumpers try to tell them. It's obvious where you fall in this. I'm still baffled that you have a camera on the right side of your helmet. Can you explain that? And I didn't think I was 'talking down' to you, that wasn't my intent my pics & stuff!

You have a camera mounted on the right side of your helmet?...and at 260ish jumps? Not sure I can recall ever seeing a camera mounted on that side of a helmet. Maybe your RSL's saying you shouldn't be jumping a camera with so few jumps? my pics & stuff!

I'm not new to lens quality...I do know the difference between an L series lens & the kit lens. I just want to know if there is a difference between an SD lens & an HD lens of the same quality. my pics & stuff!

That all makes sense Phil but I'm sure what he's asking is (and I'm wanting to know too) is this really just a marketing thing..."since it's HD, you need HD glass". Sounds like krap to me but I'm not versed on it since I don't have an HD camera...yet. Is there really a difference between the lenses...is it really needed...can you use your lens that you've been using on your SD camera on an HD? my pics & stuff!

Same problem. I had a friend wanting to sell an older javelin and there was a nick in the lateral. I told her to send it back to sunpath to have it looked at. She got raped. They replaced the BOC, bridle cover, several grommets and told her the lateral was fine. She was pretty upset at me. I felt bad....sorta. my pics & stuff!

Have you jumped it yet? I think I would want more support to the top of the flash. my pics & stuff!

Do you have pics? On a similar note, my xwife wanted me to repack her reserve and I didn't want to cuz I really wanted to rip her head off....thinking if anything happened to her, it could very easily come back to me because I was very vocal about it. my pics & stuff!

Flew to & from Eloy last week & carried on my rig & all my camera shit. No problems at all. my pics & stuff!

can you explain this in more detail? -No compositing allowed. Tweak the color in an image editor for color, crop, etc, but you may not composite images. my pics & stuff!
