Your wrong. They don't pat you down, or frisk you at the airport. They SEARCH you. There is a big difference. That is what makes it unconstitutional. The cell phone search is only if you are already arrested. They can't just take you phone and go through it. Unless you are under arrest. Then they can pretty much go through everything you have on you at that time. No search warrant needed. Dom

There is a big difference between 15 tandems and 15 AFF style jumps. You can believe what you want. She has been a PASSENGER for those 15 jumps. Not the same as a trained and qualified A license holder in any country. IF she is ready for an A. Well just give her a rig and throw her out of the plane. She will be fine. Why does it seem that all of his supporters want to chime in with what this guy can do that (they think) others can't. Your all just proving the point that this TI has EGO issues. I have been in this sport for a long time and have met and been lucky enough to call some of the (truly) best skydivers in the word my friends. None of them would ever put a student in unnecessary risk like your Sky God Brett seems to be willing to do. Dom

Exactly. Let the Passenger have the best chance at living. You can defend this reckless act all you want. I dont care what type of degree a person has. They DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ACT IN FREEFALL!. A persons intelligence has nothing to do with how they will react in freefall. By your logic. We should just let every person with an engineering degree have a license and go jump on there own from day 1. They dont need no instruction. They are smart. They have it all figured out. Skydiving was considered nuts at one point. Again, this is about putting STUDENTS (Tandem Passengers) at unnecessary risk. If they are both experienced jumpers then have fun and see what happens. It is irresponsible to risk a students life doing something that is completely unknown. How would you feel if your Mom or Sister was talked into doing one of these types of jumps and bounced as a result? Knowing that they could have just done a legal tandem and had just a great an experience. Dom

See you prove the point. Its all about his skill and experience. He is a skilled TI, he is a skilled swooper, He is a skilled wingsuit flyer, He is an excellent rigger. I can show you 100's of "skilled" guys that are dead right now despite those impressive skills. The passenger had 16 prior tandems. Big deal. That makes them experienced? Would you let a newbie jumper with 16 jumps fly a wingsuit? YOu guys really need to check yourselves. Swooping tandems students is a really bad idea as well. Seriously. If you cant see the unnecessary additional risk that the student is being put in then you are either blind or.... just plain stupid. You guys go have your fun. If you want to talk about equal punishment. Vick lost millions of dollars when he got busted. Most people that commit the crimes he committed dont lose money like that. I was a Vick fan. Actually had just bought a pair of new Nikes with his name all over them when he got busted. I stopped wearing them. He has impressed me though. He did not whine and complain and play the "poor me" card when he got busted. Took it like a man and seems to be really doing the right things now. I think he is actually a shining example of how to make a mistake, except the punishment and move on with your life in a positive manner. I just hope he keeps it up. Dom

Exactly. Instead of worrying about the real dangers, they have no clue as to what can really kill them. They have no idea. You don't get it. If your talking about the wingsuit TI. explain to me how these jumps are making the sport safer? How is doing wingsuit tandems that have not been tested by manufactures or experienced jumpers showing love for the sport? Seems reckless and ego driven. If they really want to progress the sport, you test it as much as humanly possible. Figure out what can go wrong. Then figure out*** how to handel it BEFORE you put a student in that extra danger. Dom
