Yes, but I also hope you can see how wrong it is for the USPA to say "we want nationals to be a single event to booster skydiving" and exclude the swoopers. They want to spend $10,000 on a pet-project demo-team to "gain corporate sponsorship" and they toss to the side the single event that draws the most spectators. The only event that includes people in a live competition in which they can see the actual event easily and participate in the triumphs, the failures, the winning and the losing. BOOO-YAAAAA

What a crock. NZ is as full of politics as anywhere I have been. The NZPIA debacle springs to mind!! As for weather it is much the same as the UK. When I worked there we had 60% down days. Things have changed since the 70's, so catch up with the times or don't post antiquated non sense. Texas is BIG. Some counties are as big as your country. It can be snowing north of Dallas and be in the 90's south of Houston. But right now we are in a major drought so we have been jumping non stop for months now. The cracks in the landing areas could eat a child.

Less than one week until the comp. starts. As of right now all entry gates are set up as well as all zone acc. water gates. Hopefully by this weekend we will have a full course for practice. There are already some folks showing up for practice plus locals(staff) ripping it up!
