Happy Birthday Kate Cooper So I got in trouble for posting this last year but in following Kate’s lead, its better to ask for forgiveness than permission. Happy 26th anniversary of your 18th birthday. I believe these children might suffer teasing as a result of their parental logistics but you are failing to account for the fact that most of these families live in more progressive areas.
