skyjumpenfool 2 #26 June 8, 2010 Quote It seems that the skydiving community likes to judge everyone absolutely the same regardless.. That is correct! Unfortunately, what you're not getting is that BSR's are set up as a "minimum" standard. Not everyone is the same – that’s absolutely true. I’ve been in this sport since before you were born, but, there are 20 year olds who can fly circles around me. Just because you have 200 jumps, doesn’t mean you’re ready for a camera!!! At 200 jumps you’re ready to start working with an experienced camera flyer). Here’s a new rule of thumb for you to consider… When you’re too old/good/have too many jumps/mad skillz/etc. to listen to or take advice from “fossils” you’re ready to retire from the sport. So, please, start listening or retire from the sport. All the above given as constructive criticism. Be safe.Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky." Basic Safety Requirements are different than recommendations. Violating a recommendation isn't smart, but violating a BSR can result in a disciplinary action (in the USA). Sangi is in the UK, so his rules and recommendations are a little different (and usually more stringent).
Amazon 7 #28 June 8, 2010 Douglas dear... I SOOOOOOOO think we need a Bounce Bingo Forum where we can nominate candidates.. for the date and time of their screenname showing up in the "INCIDENTS"

For a hypothetical example: Sangi, at less than 350 jumps - may be next year, may be 3 years from now.

Otherwise, someone will likely be winning a sammich and beer.
kkeenan 14 #31 June 8, 2010 Quote It seems that the skydiving community likes to judge everyone absolutely the same regardless.. Yeah, yeah, now tell us about your Mad Skilzz. I'll tell you how all skydivers are judged, Sangi. They are judged by the laws of physics. The old, the new, the cool and uncool, on a bad day, they all hit the ground at the same speed, with pretty much the same results. As for me, I know how to take care of myself. Judging by your shitty attitude and your moronic writing on this site, you do not. I am always happy to instruct and advise anyone who has a good attitude toward learning about skydiving. You seem to have a hatred of all who have put in the time and effort to learn about this sport and how to survive it, simply because you have not. So, as far as advising you, I could not care less if you ever learn a single thing. You are a textbook example of a DGIT (Dead Guy In Training). There is a crater waiting somewhere with your name on it, and dude, when you fill it, all that will mean to me is that I won't have to read your silly shit around here anymore. monkycndo 0 #36 June 8, 2010 Kevin, I gave up on Sangi. I think he loves the attention he gets from his trolling. (sorry to add fuel to his trolling by even mentioning his name) The only thing I worry about is the other new jumpers that may actually listen to is stupidity and take it as validation of attempting things too early. Kudos to the new jumpers with even less jumps than said idiot on calling him on his stupidity.50 donations so far. Give it a try. You know you want to spank it Jump an Infinity
