Some other stuff in there is hilarious - particularly this "Our constitutional principle of religious liberty is derived from the Western concept that the spiritual realm should be separate from civic and political life." That's not a western concept, and it sure as fuck doesn't stem from the bible. For the large majority of the time since the fall of Rome to the present day religion has been present at the highest level of every western government. Seperation of church and state is a modern concept and a democratic concept. But that need to revise history to fit the point instead of having the point flow from history is no more than I'd expect from a dedicated rightwing mouthpiece.

(On that note, I found this in their mission statement "Instead of covetously consolidating its premises, the United States seems tormented by its tradition of fixed postulates having to do with the meaning of existence, with the relationship of the state to the individual, of the individual to his neighbor, so clearly enunciated in the enabling documents of our Republic." Now, I'm all for a bit of verbosity every now and then but come on. These people are clearly arseholes.)

I think PC has quite a bit to do with the Muslim/Islam backlash because people are afraid to add location and race to the description and at the same time too lazy to distinguish which branch of Islam.

Black Muslims in Niger

Sunni, Shia, Kurdish, etc.
