A new skydiver is born!

Recommended Posts

I'm very happy to announce the birth of a new skydiver! My son, David, made his first skydive today, an AFF Level 1! :)
Pics coming soon, they're being dropped off at the one hour photo place right now.
I went out right before him for my 800th jump. :)pull and flare,
lisa

Lisa!
First, a HUGE congrats on David's first dive! You looked like you were going to bust your buttons when I saw you afterwards at the DZ. Great pics, too. He looks heads up. As an instructor myself, it's really fun when a student can be this aware the very first time out.
Still want to see that video! Next week?
Grins,

You know, I was underage(20) when I did my first jump and the people at the DZ made sure that there was someone over 21 in our group to beable to buy beer, otherwise they would go to the store for us! They could care less if we were drinking, accepted us that first night after our first jump. What a great group of people. :)Success is how high you bounce when you hit bottom.-General George Patton-
