He is also the only one who can judge the culpability of a soul. You only answer to God, noone else. On the flipside, it is wrong to judge her and her beliefs. If you want to continue with the friendship, it is up to you. If she makes you uncomfortable and continually judges you, you may want to re-think the friendship. Despite what some people may think, people who practise their faith are not looney. However, they can be fanatical. Once they are fanatical, in essence they are not really practising their faith.
