I'd give myself a 90% chance of making it for at least another 5 days this year. I'm probably graduating from (junior) college about a week before convention, so the sudden onslaught of real life might get in the way.
I videoed an inflatable octopus which wrapped around the leg of the last guy there. It was quite scary as I left at 2000ft. He got out of it but was a bit low.
Be careful with anything inflatable and remember it is trying to kill along with everyone else on the plane including yourself.

Stocky guy with red hair, military? Yes, he was with me on my inflatable jump last Saturday in Lake Wales. When our exit funnelled, he did one of the best head down dives that I've seen.

I'll take that as "be careful". I am. I agree, the octopus is dangerous, it is long and has too many parts to wrap around you. I won't use one.
I stick to one-person pool toys. The 2-person stuff is too twisty and difficult to keep stable.
My scariest stories are from rafts. They have a lot of variable that can cause problems. Size, ropes, speed.
I'll be there as long as there's nothing extremely important going on at home. *shrugs* hopefully by then i'll have at least my B license and maybe even my C.

They have a whole mailing system there. Baiscally mail yourself a box ahead of time and pick it up at manifest/regerstration/where ever when you get there. Pretty simple really.
The nice thing about WFFC... as long as you have a credit card anything you need to survive for the entire convention is right there. Rigs to jump, canopies to play with, food, beer, jello shots. They are all availble for purchase there.
