Well i don't know if this counts but in Iran they take all the kids(boys only) in high school to military training and there is actually a book you study. So i have been to boot camp for 4 weeks in 4 years :P

USAF SSGT 8 years Taught aircrew how to stay alive after their airplanes stopped working for them. TDY all over and permanent assignments in Washington, FLorida and Ohio but the last two were the most fun. I got out and used every last cent of my GI BILL.... I HIGHLY recommend to all of you serving. to USE whatever education benefits you can.

And talk with people who can steer you to REAL jobs after you get out.

What is an "Enlisted Terminal Attack Controller"

Proper name is 1C4X1 Tactical Air Command and Control Specialist. Also known as TACP, ROMAD, GTAC, or "Hey Air Force" when the Army guys want something. :D My proper AFSC was J1C471 with a laundry list of special identifiers. B|

I'm still in. Captain, US Army Reserver, Transportation Corps. Until June 14 if this year.

I loved what I did and I was very good at it. But, it's time to let it go. It's a tough feeling knowing that I could not do my job in the Reserves 100 percent while I was working as an attorney. It was not easy to get out, but both careers were suffering. I had to choose the one that would help me pay my student loans.

My last unit is in Iraq now. My heart sure is with them.[:/]

I was thinking more of the trade and unit organisation nothing more.;) The UK reserve are mobilised differently than the National guard here so there's a couple of differences

I was the radio tech everyone screamed at when the Brigade coms went down.[:/] Or when REME turned up for the periodic inspection.:S
