I wouldn't know. A while back, I received my first invite to join myspace from an old friend. I was not familiar with the site and checked it out. I've never been back since. And I've read countless literature about it, both good and bad. But, as I've said before---it seems more to me a place where realty-show, actor, singer & entertainer wannabees go to be "discovered". I also can't stand the "Look at me. Read about me. See what I had for lunch today." BS. Seriously--I'm a confident girl. I feel no need to post a website about myself just to receive countless compliments from friends and strangers and share my interests in cyberspace. I prefer going out, in person, actually doing things and having conversation/sharing stories while we're actually doing them. Call me crazy. And any time spent on the internet other than researching, doing work, or personal finances, I'm just wasting time I could be outside on the beach enjoying nature. Just my two cents. For the record, I'm pretty much the only one of my friends not on it. To each their own. I don't think less of people who are all about it. They think I'm silly for other things. I'm just not a myspacer. I see nothing classy about it, though I'm sure there are classy people who use it. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
