Body parts you least like..

Recommended Posts

Just curious :P

BTW: I'm in no way encouraging people not to like their body - I was just wondering what other people thought. I'm especially curious what the guys will answer.

Feel free to elaborate.

where's the "there's nothing I like" option when you need it ?? :|

edited to add : so, you don't like your legs ? :)

You can't be serious?!! You submitted the best pack pic!!

Yes, I voted legs - they're not long, sexy and slim.. They're muscle-y from years of running and I don't look lady-like in anything skirt-like. [:/]

Oh well.. Can't have it all. :P

not to sound like i have a huge ego...
but i feel pretty content with my self.

i mean, im not walkin around with 22" pipes and a super model body
but i dont feel bad about my self.

i just feel its more constructive to work posative with what you've got going for you than to just get down about the few things that are not.

and hey. there are some wacked out ppl out there. no matter how wack u look someones got a fetish for it right??? :):o

There are things I'd change for sure, but on the whole I'm happy enough. I think a good question to ask yourself is, if I could randomly swap bodies with anyone else in the world - let's say someone healthy, and of the same age and gender - would I chance it? If the answer is no, then things can't be all that bad! :)
It's funny how a single comment can influence your own body image too. I used to really wish I wasn't so skinny (I'm about 5'11" and 154 lbs). One day out of the blue a mildly overweight friend said, 'My ideal build would be something like Mike's.' I really think in that moment that I began to like my body a lot more!

That's a perfect build for our sport. B| When I graduated high school I was 6'1" and 165, all shoulders and no waist. Now I'm 175-180, and would love to drop 10 pounds down again.

I've got The Furniture Disease.

Get into cycling, especially climbing.
The best climbers are small and skinny.
Tom Danielson holds the record for Mt Evans & Lookout Mt.
He is 5' 10", 130#.

I'm 6' 2"
I fondly think back to when I was 173 and hated being skinny.
Now I am 190 and working on getting back down to 180 to improve my climbing.[:/]

Well it sounds like you should be growing a beard and buying a recumbent.:P

Thats still pretty damn skinny.

Skinny???
According to the MetLife charts, that is still in the upper part of the acceptable range (155-197):

A competitive cyclist of my height weighs ~155.

Wow!! I'm surprised by these answers!! Well, not shocked, but it's interesting.

My legs are the one thing I would consider cosmetically improving. Mostly I find them disproportionately bulky for the rest of my small frame. I don't HATE them, and they're not AWFUL, but I'm not especially happy about them either.

Interesting to see the splits between the genders.
