It's ok, I couldn't figure it all out, either. Jerry, the shyster, pointed it out to me. Starting from left to right, the big roundish thing is the head, and the dark circle at the top is an eye. The baby's head is turned, so the other eye looks a little deformed. Moving to the right and down, is a white dot: that's an arm, and if you move directly upwards, you will see the other arm. The round thing below the head is the thorax/abdomen and the heart is pumping already. That long rice shaped thing is a leg. Below it is umbilical cord. Above that may be the sacrum.
