  1. Subatomic particles, energy, radiation and even possibly the unproven quantum foam may all exist. If it exists, where did it originate from? Unexplainable.
  2. QuoteCosmological Unless we disagree here its probably agreed the universe had a beginning. My premise is that something can not come out of nothing. Space Time Matter according to Einstein must all be present this is Natural law. So if there is a creator and I said IF then he must be timeless. Space less and immaterial. Any objections so far?[/reply We agree that there is a nothing. A vacuum. That matter exists is a proof. Explain the existence of matter from that nothing. Unexplainable. That's about as far as anyone can go. To quantify the unquantifiable ends any further discussion. The debate then shifts to the qualities and attributes imagined that the unexplainable entity has been anointed with by the debaters. Human intellectual speculation. All that is left after that is faith, and the 7000+ years old discussion that surrounds it.
  3. Be patient, kind and understanding, while trying to borrow some money from him.... Then walk away slowly.

    Burglary

We were burgled ( another Miami story) 25-30 years ago. I just missed them. I was heavy that day, too. I have a buddy who came home to catch two crooks in his living room about to make off with his TV. The crooks had CHOPPED A HOLE in his roof to get in. Rocky went ballistic and kicked both their asses reeeeeeeally badly, then called the cops. His wife remained shaken for many years afterwards.
  5. http://www.commondreams.org/headline/2012/01/03-7 Well, there you are again, with your wealth of insight into Israeli and US government most inner workings. But from Craig Brown.....??? From Common Dreams site..... Brown managed the Congressional campaigns of former US Rep. Tom Andrews of Maine. Brown then served as Chief-of-Staff to Congressman Andrews in Washington for Andrews' two-terms in the US House. 1991 That's the basis of from where you make your conclusions AND gain your inside knowledge of Israeli and US international policies?? Craig Brown... A radical, left winger who hasn't had any connection to the inner working of the US government in over 20 years?? Dr. Gareth Porter... ? Don't even go there.... Come on, DD... You're better than this. No, he is not. This is one of his favorite links for all his arguments, any good info comes from those who, either agree or disagree, with him but use better sites. The only thing he does well is start a topic of discussion. Matt Is there a point here to agree or disagree with? DD a Troll? DD occasionally, ( OK....... rarely) responds with.....something.... that is on topic, before he goes off topic. Ignorance we can fix. Stupidity is........ DD is not stupid. No he is not stupid, but yes he does troll, he does not "argue" well and is usually just poking at people, what he does do is get a topic of discussion rolling. Matt Agreed.... Well stated. But rolling in which direction? Up hill, down hill? Skidding sideways in to the neighbors parked car? It must be that monarchy thing. Ya think?

  8. "If i was our president i would just send them (the people of Iran) 100,000 Aks some stingrays, and a bunch of c4 drop it somewhere for them to get. Then once you made delivery get the fuck out." You forgot ammo, magazines, blasting caps, det cord, etc. It's amazing how fast a full magazine can be emptied. Not to mention endangering the lives of the pilots who flew in and dropped the worthless junk. The US should stand off and submarine launch, without risking so much as a finger nail.
  9. Where do you get that? They don't like Americans (or Canadians) but that hardly qualifies them as a 'closed' society. People come and go as they please as far as I can tell. From Shah, friends in Washington, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC news, Associated Press, Reuters, UPI, BBC and others. Do you remember the coverage of the last Iranian elections?
  10. Perhaps, considering the recent course of events, the prudent thing to do in Iran would be to move north or east behind a mountain range, and dig in. As Shah says, to most of the west, we know little about the country or customs. Iran is simply coordinates on a targeting map.
  11. They sure as shit aren't from the North of Iran. But you wouldn't know that....because you don't know the culture nor the language. The green revolution was put down by what best can be described as Arabs and Afghans. This is clear in the accents and the cloathing choices. It's a complicated mess and the is no easy solution. Sadly we are piss bucket broke and well......not like we can do shit even if we wanted to! Iran is a closed society. The IRG is even more closed off from scrutiny. You are saying that non-Persians, and Afghans have forcibly taken control of Iran?
  12. You mean revolutionary forces to over throw the revolutionary guard? Ah yeah sure why not......hum let me see....why won't it work? Ahh...well let me put it this way the Iranian Revolutionary Guard owns everything and unlike in Egypt they have no problems with killing vast numbers of Iranians because for the most part most IRG members are Arab and don't think too much about killing Persians. Wow man...i mean wow.....if it were only that easy! Are you saying that the IRG is a foreign entity that has usurped Iran?
  13. You're not serious? Who will be the next POTUS; The person who will have the power to reduce Iran to a burnt out cinder, has no validity in this thread?
  14. At this point in time America is in a dog-fight of a Presidential campaign. It would be "pathetic" if there was no political talk in posts. From the rest of the world's point of view the US is always in either a dog-fight of a Presidential campaign or a dog-fight of a mid-term congressional campaign which is presented as a referendum on the presidential term. The election is ten months away, the candidates are not even determined yet. The US is as far away from an election as they ever are. I am beginning to believe that this has become a weakness of the American system. The pols need to spend less time being pols and more time being statesmen. The Founders of the US believed it to be a strength. Voters are better able to know the views of the candidates on contemporary topics. Criticism of the system does extend back to James Madison, himself. As far as "statesmen"........ Try to find one. I can't

  16. Now i know where you stand... lets start with his top 3 donors...what do they know that we don't ? Us Air Force 23,437.00 U.S. Army 23,053.00 U.S. Navy 16,973.00 It came out in the News today...China will defend Iran if attacked...They cannot produce their own gas. Time for a history lesson now... http://youtu.be/fy3KDYE5KQE http://youtu.be/-lG0EK4YQ_c I attend Active Army and Veterans meeting in Washington, Ft Bragg, NC and Ft Campbell, KY. and others nationally on an ongoing basis. I do not see the support that RP claims. Neither does a family member who is an officer grade Navy guy. As far as China helping Iran..? China's modern society and what the Chinese would have to lose indicates that the Chinese would either remain neutral or enter on the side of the US or UN against Iran. See the history of China in North Africa.
  17. __________________________ Thank you Sir , two major things he will do... He will appoint Jim Grant Chairman of the Federal Reserve. and reign in on it's power. He will stop defending Japan , Germany and Korea with tax payer money. he will use the money for social security and medicare but wants to reform both. He will bring home the troops and he will stop AmeriKa from going deeper into a police state by eliminating NDAA , TSA and the patriot act. These acts alone would restore our fourth and fifth amendment rights.... I know he can't do everything but he can change the course of history by doing those things. Grant is unknown to me. The Board of Governors of the Fed across the nation are also Presidential appointees. The Fed gets it's authority by statute. The President has no input, other than to make the appointments. The Senate will then confirm or disallow the appointments. We will see politics all over the Fed as per the usual "inside the Beltway" drama. No matter who the President elect is. A third party-er will be up against "it" for sure, though. The Japanese pay the US about $100,000+ per US service man that serves there. I dislike the US military being used as a mercenary force. I believe that the Japanese, with their 40 tons of yellow cake material can defend themselves by now. The US involvement in Europe should have ended decades ago. The collapse of the USSR in '83 only verified that. Korea is a dangerous hot spot with an un-ended war in a hot truce, in hands of fanatical despots that aid the Iranians with their missile programs. Iranians were reported to be on hand in NK for the last several years working with the NK's on their missiles. A US presence there is important. Even though, largely symbolic. The incredibly stupid and unconstitutional NDAA is not the Presidents to end. It is law passed by Kongress. Kongress must repeal it. The TSA admits that they are an on going work. No surprise there. A far more important issue would be removing "Sherlock" Napolitano from Homeland Security or dismantling the Dept of (30 years of Wasted) Energy. We agree on a few boilerplate items, that any POTUS will have to deal with. Your turn.........
  18. Arkansas had a Governor who never inhaled - we have a Governor who never exhaled. By Gawd, you're right. Almost too close to call.
  19. If they break the law, then do so. However, remember that the taxpayers are going to have to foot the bill for the pest control guys to delouse and clean the place up after the OWS-ers have gone. Good point. Come to think of it, there's no law against being stupid! then too, if, they are occupying foreclosed houses, they're trespassing. Do like they do with sheep when they dip them for ticks! Chuck Jezuz Krist........!! A sheep dip for hippies.!!

  21. ______________________________ Sir, I started skydiving jumping a T-10 with a belly mounted reserve and i was using shot and a half cut-away system. I have jumped Demos that would make you drool.. I posted a thread that would offer debate and challenge to the very mind set that they hold... This is my last post if all i get is a unwanted feeling. Peace i am out I am more than willing to debate you or Ron Paul, himself. But, you must bring something to debate to the table. Above you make it sound like RP is opening a counseling center for the disillusioned. Lay down something on the table, that RP can do and I will take it from there. Your skydiving history is not in question. Ron Paul's judgment and wisdom are.
